Position OverviewWe are seeking a Head of Clinical Operations to lead the strategic and operational execution of our clinical programs.

This role is ideal for a seasoned clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about advancing AI-powered precision medicine. As the Head of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our clinical trials—from early-phase through late-stage development. You’ll partner cross-functionally with clinical development, regulatory, data science, and commercial teams to ensure our clinical pipeline advances efficiently, ethically, and with scientific rigor.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all clinical trials and programsBuild and scale a high-performing clinical operations teamDevelop and manage budgets, timelines, and clinical development plansOversee vendor selection, management, and performance (CROs, labs, etc.
