Job OverviewWe're seeking a dedicated Account Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this essential role, you'll be assisting our Senior Accountant in ensuring the monthly/yearly accounts is up to date and accurate. This one-year contract role is based in Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement.
AccountsJob Description Assist with accounts payable and receivable processingPrepare basic financial reports and summariesReconcile bank statements and transaction recordsSupport month-end and year-end financial closing tasksMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting recordsAdministrationHandle general office administration and filingCoordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangementsAssist with procurement and inventory trackingProvide admin support to HR and other departments as neededRequirementsProven experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support roleFamiliarity with accounting software (e. g.
