Production Area Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in our new Bahrain facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience and an in-depth understanding of our products.

This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to guide teams, ensure production quality, and proactively address operational challenges. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities within a specific production area, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. Guide operators and technicians in the correct use of tools, processes, and assembly practices, ensuring compliance with product requirements. Monitor product conformity and intervene effectively to resolve technical or process-related issues. Support the development and training of production staff, fostering technical know-how and team performance. Qualification and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a production, preferably in the power generation sector. In-depth technical knowledge of Pramac’s product range. Practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
