Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTokRequirementsResponsibilitiesCatalog Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow our product categories across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and WalmartPerformance Analysis: Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantageProduct & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performanceAdvertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion ratesProduct Launches: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channelsCustomer Insights:

Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction, preferences, and opportunities. Use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategyCompetitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategiesContinuous Improvement: Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive ongoing improvements in listings, pricing models, and advertising effectivenessMust Have: Listing & Pricing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings, pricing strategies, and ad performanceProduct Expansion: Identify and launch high-potential products based on market insights and trendsAmazon Expert:

3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth. Key Characteristics: Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met efficientlyDecisive/ Self-Starter: Able to make quick, informed decisions to keep projects moving forward and resolve challengesDetail-Oriented: Focused on ensuring accuracy and delivering high-quality work through a keen attention to detailBenefitsRecruitment Process: Bryq Exam: A quick 15-20 minute assessment to gauge your fit for the role and our team.
