Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our production department.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing production operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will lead a team of operators, coordinate with internal and external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is based in a shift-work environment and includes acting as a backup for the Production Manager when needed. Key ResponsibilitiesSafety: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards by all team members. Production Management: Plan and organize production activities, including staffing and technical resources, to meet quality and quantity targets. Issue Resolution:

Manage and resolve issues related to suspended products through sorting and problem-solving actions. Team Leadership: Conduct annual reviews, support skill development, and provide technical guidance to team members. Communication: Lead daily meetings, ensure clear handover of instructions, and report key performance indicators to the Production Manager (e. g. , material consumption, process stability). Training: Oversee onboarding and training of new employees using structured training materials; maintain training records. Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Qualifications And SkillsEducation: Technical degree (Bac +2/3 or equivalent). Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within an industrial settingTechnical SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of industrial processes, ideally in plastics manufacturing. Ability to monitor and manage production KPIs. Proficiency with IT toolsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and listening skills. Ability to engage in constructive dialogue.
