This role involves partnering closely with the commercial team, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery across marketing activations.
What You’ll Be DoingServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of regional clients, delivering high standards of service and campaign effectivenessLead and mentor a small team to ensure operational efficiency and professional growthCollaborate with internal business teams to strengthen client relationships post-deal closureSupport in crafting proposals and custom solutions that address client briefsShape campaign direction through data-informed media strategies aligned with client business goalsManage campaign execution from start to finish, including performance reviews and reportingAnalyse results to surface insights and continuously improve approachCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure timely deliveryHandle issues as they arise and anticipate potential blockers to successIdentify new opportunities to expand client investment across service offeringsKeep informed on developments in digital advertising, AI, and related technologiesActively contribute to refining and evolving internal processes and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For3–4 years of experience in client servicing, campaign delivery, or media strategyA strong communicator with a knack for building trust and long-term partnershipsComfortable operating across regions and time zonesNaturally detail-oriented, highly organised, and adept at managing multiple workstreamsAnalytical mindset with confidence in working with data and reporting toolsCurious and open-minded when it comes to emerging tech and digital innovationProfessional English proficiency, both written and verbalFamiliar with DV360 and Meta Ads Management
