Our team works collaboratively to build strong partnerships with leading global brands and media agencies, delivering impactful and effective advertising solutions.Get to Know the RoleThis is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.This role supports the Commercial team and works across advertising sales and acquisition team to drive operational excellence and sales efficiency.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will provide operational and sales support to Client Partners such as reconciliation of billing issues, collating of depository of campaign screenshots, campaign performance reporting.Coordinate end-to-end campaign launches by liaising with clients and cross-functional stakeholders; deliver ad specifications, submit build requests to Ad Ops, secure approvals on ad previews, resolve credit limit issues, and manage all related launch processes.You will monitor delivery and performance using pacing information shared by Ad Ops.You will ensure all weekly campaign reports are delivered as well as post-campaign analysis with insights.You will be challenged to provide useful insight and recommendations to improve campaign performance.You will support Account Managers in building narratives for case studies.You will facilitate between the client and Grab's teams post-sales, such as under delivery, technical issues, bugs.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedStrong understanding of commercial principles and practicesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work with large datasets and perform data analysisYou have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeshipYou will pick up effective communication skills to both external and internal stakeholdersYou will gain advertising nuances and product knowledge across ads, mart, and pay, will be picked up through tools and systems within the companyYou will hone data analytical skills through analysis of advertising performanceAdditional InformationLife at GrabWe care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer our Trainees:Comprehensive Medical Insurance: We got you covered with medical insurance plans.Leave Entitlement: Enjoy a range of leave options including Annual Leave, Medical Leave, and Hospitalization Leave.Flexible Work Arrangements: Benefit from a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your academic commitments and personal life.Community Involvement: Get involved in community service through Love-all-Serve-all (LASA) programs.Balancing personal commitments and life's demands are made easier with our FlexWork arrangements such as differentiated hoursWhat We Stand For At GrabWe are committed to building an inclusive and equitable workplace that enables diverse Grabbers to grow and perform at their best.
