He/She also provides systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning and Performance team. This position involves meticulous review, coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesReview and complete alignment requests to support the sales field.Manage and monitor a shared mailbox to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.Execute, maintain, and utilize best practices to achieve optimal results in sales appeals processes.Schedule and facilitate discussions to review alignment requests outside of established processes.QualificationsExperience using Microsoft Office Suites - RequiredExcellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail - RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills - RequiredBachelor's degree – PreferredESP and ESTAT Experience – PreferredEmployee TypePermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.Other CriteriaUPS is an equal opportunity employer.
