Job Description

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hr.Job description:Position Overview: Assistant Construction ManagerWith at least 1 year of Ground-Up Multi-Family construction experienceKnows how to read plumbing, electrical and structural plans.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.Key Requirements:Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of Multi Family construction experience are encouraged to apply.Transportation: Must have a reliable car available.Employment Type: Full-time W2.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (LA time).Driver's License RequiredMinimum Qualifications:Highly Energetic: Display enthusiasm and energy in approaching tasks and collaborating with team members.Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with on-site teams and project stakeholders.Able to Handle Pressure Well: Maintain composure and effectiveness under tight deadlines and challenging situations.Critical Thinking Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for critical analysis in construction-related scenarios.Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence in understanding and managing interpersonal dynamics in the workplace.
