As we expand our Sales team, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who lives and breathes B2D and is excited to join as one of the first sales hires in Israel.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the SDR function locally, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a direct impact on our growth. What You’ll Do: Research the market, map relevant stakeholders in target prospects and identify potential new clients. Proactively hunt for new business opportunities by cold reaching prospects through pre-defined call scripts, emails, Linkedin and other channels. work on Global accounts Qualify and grow leads into follow up demo meetings. Develop templates and contents that will boost your direct outreach performance.
Work in close collaboration with our marketing, product and R&D teams to perfect your messaging and storytelling. Stay up to date with new products in services in our domain to represent the voice of the customer. Be data-driven, measure your conversion rate and constantly improve your tactics. Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative – mustExperience selling SaaS products – mustHands-on experience with outbound sales techniques, including cold outreach – mustExperience in the Observability domain – advantageFamiliarity with developer tools, Kubernetes (K8s), or microservices – advantageAnalytical mindset – able to draw insights from performance data and continuously improveFluent English – spoken and writtenBachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantage
