The candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the managerial reporting process, ensuring data quality, improving processes to meet business needs, and analyzing operational costs. You will also contribute to budgeting processes and provide cost-reduction initiatives. We are looking a proactive and initiative-driven individual who can think broadly and is eager to contribute to improving business decision-making.What can you expect your day to look like?Preparation of monthly managerial reports, insights on financial resultsAnalysis and control of operational costs while providing insights on cost reduction opportunitiesSupervision of the monthly reporting process to ensure timely completion and data qualityAutomation of periodic reports and creation of new templates to enhance workflow efficiency and meet stakeholder expectations.Assistance in the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast to ensure accurate financial planning.Communication with accounting and stakeholders to align managerial and financial accountingCollaboration with other departments to drive initiatives for process improvement and data quality enhancementPerformance of one-off case analyses, creation of ad-hoc reports, and support for other team members.What do we expect from you?University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a similar field.Ability to communicate analysis conclusions to top-level management.Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, and fast learning skills.Advanced MS Excel skills (including Power Query, VBA, and Macros).Strong knowledge of the P&L statement and understanding of accounting processes.Fluency in English and LithuanianExperience with SAP ERP is an advantageWhy should you consider us as your next career step?We Always Have a Challenge For Those Looking For One.
