These values are our foundation!About the roleGroup FP&A is responsible for the Group's management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning. Additionally, we oversee several integration and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. We are now seeking a highly motivated and analytical Group Business Controller to join our Group FP&A team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic environment, supporting the Group Leadership Team and Board of Directors with critical financial insights and reporting. Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and preparation of management reports for the Group Leadership Team and Board of Directors.Play an active role in the Budget and Forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function. This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to Head of Group FP&A. Requirements: In order to be successful in this role you have experience of working in an international complex organization. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. You are a people person and have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Experience of Group business controlling, or a similar role within a complex international organization Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial planning systems is a plus. (Aaro, Tableau, Power BI)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Fluency in English is required Big Plus: Exposure to FX is desirable Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.
