Anticimex was founded in Sweden in 1934 and is a leading specialist in digital/smart preventive pest control and related services, with operations in more than 20 countries globally. Revenue growth is driven by strong focus on organic growth as well as acquisitions. The company has a very diversified customer base with both commercial and residential clients. About 75% of the income is recurring revenues from subscription-based contracts and insurance solutions. At Group level, the mission is not to build heavy, centralized structures – but to support local teams with strategic guidance, smart tools, and expert advice that drive real business value.As part of our Group Business Control function, you will play a key role in delivering proactive, data-driven insights with a sharp focus on performance and profitability. In this role, you will work closely with local finance teams across multiple countries, contributing to the international growth journey of Anticimex. You will also be instrumental in preparing and delivering reporting to the CEO, CFO, Board, and owners. This role will be part of the Group Business Controller team and report directly to Head of Group Business Control. The position is based in the headquarters in Vasatan in Stockholm.You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and around two years of experience either as a Business Controller or as a consultant, ideally from one of the Big Four firms. You bring strong financial and analytical skills, and if you have experience with Anaplan or other planning and BI tools, that is considered a strong advantage. A genuine interest in systems, digital tools, and process development is also appreciated.Main tasks and key responsibilities:Develop and provide financial management reporting and analysis material to Group Executive Management and Board of DirectorsBe a key resource in the management of the Group’s budget and forecast processesRecommend and develop benchmarks to measure the performance of company operations, e.g. financial and operational KPIsDeliver ad-hoc financial analysis and Support in Group strategic projectsWe are looking for someone who is both strategic and analytical, with a genuine interest in business performance.
