About the Company:We are a diversified Tech. Investment Holding Company with strategic interests across crypto ventures, digital asset exchange, tokenization, broker-dealer operations, SVF Licenses, and AI-driven software businesses. The Group is expanding rapidly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC region, with strong regulatory engagement and innovation-led growth. Role Overview:The Group CEO will provide strategic leadership across all portfolio companies and business units, driving growth, regulatory alignment, and innovation. The incumbent will oversee a group of subsidiaries led by four CEOs, ensuring cohesive vision execution, operational excellence, and value creation across the Holding. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Group’s overall strategy across fintech, crypto, software and AI ventures. Drive new business development and expansion across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. Foster synergies and performance alignment among subsidiary CEOs and management teams.Regulatory & Institutional Relations:Maintain high-level relationships with key regulatory bodies including the Central Bank of UAE, VARA, and other financial authorities.Oversee licensing and compliance frameworks for broker-dealer, tokenization, exchange, and SVF operations. Operational Oversight:Supervise and mentor four subsidiary CEOs to ensure strategic and financial goals are achieved.Lead investment evaluations, capital allocation, and risk management across the group portfolio.Establish group-level governance, reporting, and performance management systems. Innovation & Technology:Champion AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies integration across business verticals.Oversee R&D and digital transformation initiatives for competitive advantage. Market Expansion & Partnerships:Identify and execute growth opportunities within KSA and the GCC markets.Cultivate strategic partnerships and investor relationships to accelerate expansion. Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, including at least 5 years in a C-suite role.Proven expertise in crypto exchanges, tokenization, broker-dealer operations, and SVF.Strong working relationships with Central Bank, VARA, or equivalent regional regulators.Demonstrated success in cross-border expansion, ideally within Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.Experience overseeing multiple P&Ls and managing subsidiary CEOs within a holding or group structure.Familiarity with AI, blockchain technologies, and software development preferred.Exceptional strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Reporting Line:Reports directly to the Board of Directors / Group Chairman. Direct Reports:Four CEOs heading subsidiary companies within the Group.
