Proven success in talent management, leadership development and succession planning.CEO or equivalent executive experience in a multinational setting, successfully navigating strategic organizational and commercial challenges in a manufacturing environment.A robust track record of successfully structuring organisations and managing a P&L (for groups/companies with €500M+ turnover and 1,000+ employees).Experience managing complex multi-plant and multi-brand environments each requiring distinct go-to-market strategies.Proficiency in crafting and refining strategies and aligning with board objectives.
