The role combines hands-on controllership with strategic FP&A, corporate structuring, card-brand interfaces, and sophisticated business modeling. Strict confidentiality and sound judgment are essential.Team & ReportingDirect supervision of a high performing 8 person team, plus coordination with shared operations/administration resources. Reports to the Group CEO and partners with business general managers and external advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Leadership & ControllershipOwn monthly close, consolidation, and management reporting across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.Maintain policies, approval matrices, and audit trails; coordinate external audits and tax matters.FP&A and Decision SupportLead budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario/sensitivity modeling (volume, pricing, FX, capex).Build executive dashboards (P&L by country/unit, cash runway, unit/cohort economics).Treasury & Cash OperationsManage liquidity, settlements, collections, and bank reconciliations; implement weekly cash discipline and KPI tracking.Corporate Structure & GovernanceCoordinate intercompany agreements, dividends/loans, and documentation for international holding structures in alignment with external counsel (no legal advice rendered).Card-Brand & Acquirer InterfacesOversee economics and compliance related to Visa/Mastercard and acquirers (MDR splits, scheme fees, reporting, chargeback/dispute analytics).Systems & AutomationImprove the finance stack (ERP/BI) and automate reconciliations, reporting, and data integrity checks.First 90 Day Outcome TargetsIndicative; refined during onboarding.Close and consolidate all entities on a reliable calendar; publish a board-ready KPI pack.Implement a weekly cash and settlements cadence with owners, SLAs, and a variance log.Produce a group structure map with an intercompany policy matrix (pricing corridors, cash policies) aligned with counsel.Establish a card-brand compliance calendar and a monthly settlement/disputes economics review.Deliver a rolling 12-month forecast with key sensitivities and a capital-allocation playbook.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.5+ years leading finance/accounting teams (manager level or higher) in multi-entity environments.Fluent English (written and spoken).Demonstrated strength in consolidation, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit readiness.Proven capacity to operate under high workload with discretion and accuracy.Experience coordinating international/holding-company structures with external counsel.Exposure to card-brand/acquirer mechanics (MDR, scheme fees, settlements).PreferredMBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent credential.Fintech/PayFac or other high-volume transactional business experience.Advanced Excel/Sheets and BI proficiency; SQL a plus; IFRS and/or US GAAP familiarity.FX risk awareness and basic transfer-pricing coordination.How to ApplySubmit your CV and compensation expectations via LinkedIn (Easy Apply) or email at jobs@pagadito.com.
