Group Consolidation Accountant Family Office H/F

MISSIONSBookkeeping and preparation of the annual accounts of companies mainly holding listed or unlisted financial instruments: stocks, bonds, ETFs, derivatives, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and other private partnerships Regular monitoring of dividend distributions, accounts receivable, payable, loans and borrowings within groups Analysis of the audited consolidated financial statements of subsidiaries for integration into the consolidated accounts of groups Preparing the consolidated financial statements of groups according to IFRS and/or US GAAP Preparing financial reports (assets valuation, cash flows, purchases and sales, foreign exchange effects, capital gains and results) Preparing and presenting monthly investment performance reports Regularly liaising with banks and auditorsPROFILE Qualified accountant At least 3 years of experience in Group consolidation Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP and the accounting treatment of financial instrumentsAbility to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements: Statements of financial position, profit and loss, changes in equity and cash-flowsNotes to the financial statementsVery good analytical and adaptation skills, excellent team worker Fluent in English
