We focus on bringing together the services of multiple providers to provide end to end, multi-disciplinary and streamlined care, resulting in a better health journey for all patients.About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Group ESG Lead to champion our commitment to environmental sustainability, social equity, and ethical governance. This leadership role will shape and deliver our ESG strategy across all business units, ensuring alignment with sector best practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The role balances strategic leadership with operational delivery.Reporting to the Group Manager Quality, Safety and Clinical Risk you will play a key role in embedding ESG principles into our organisational culture and operations, working closely with executive leaders and external partners to drive meaningful impact. This is a permanent part-time role for 24-30 hours per week based at our offices in Newmarket.What You Will Bring A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Public Policy, or a related field At least 5 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles Proven ability to develop and implement ESG policies and strategic initiatives Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, legislation, and global standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs) Experience in ESG leadership, ideally within healthcare or complex multi-site organisations Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersWhy join us?This is a unique opportunity to lead ESG transformation within a values-driven healthcare organisation.
