Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Finance Manager - Technology - to join our Group Organization in Madrid. The role will report to the Head of Finance - Technology (based in Geneva).Strategic context and Value proposition The Finance Manager - Technology will provide Financial Leadership/Business Partnering to the Group Technology Organization. Main responsibilities of this position:Finance Leadership & Business PartneringPartner with Technology leadership to provide financial leadership, reporting, and data-driven analysis aligned with IT strategy and business priorities.Act as a trusted advisor, and key source of timely, reliable financial insights to the Technology Management TeamFinancial Planning & ControllingLead annual budget, forecasts, and monthly reviews (Actuals, YTD, variances) with IT Operations/Development. Identify cost reduction and cash flow opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal/external policies, while driving continuous auditing and process optimization.Develop tools/templates to improve planning, controlling, and reporting (Opex/Capex, projects, FTEs, time reporting).Deliver insights and action-oriented recommendations beyond data reporting.Analysis & ProjectsLead financial analysis and strategic projects within Group Technology.Provide actionable insights and tools to support decision-making and value creation.Drive simplification and standardization between platforms.Organizational DevelopmentManage and develop a team through 1:1s, performance reviews, and tailored development plans.Coach, mentor, and contribute to the broader Finance organization through best practice sharing and cross-functional initiatives.The Finance Manager - Technology will be supported directly by 3 Senior Finance Analysts, and be a part of the Technology Group Finance team which are based in Geneva, Switzerland; Malmo, Sweden; and Madrid, Spain.  She/he will therefore work together with the Technology Finance team in performing financial analysis, and auditing on IT expenditures throughout the year.Due to the fast growth of the business and its ambitions, we offer immediate impact, ownership and visibility!  CANDIDATE PROFILEExperiences and QualificationsSeeking an experienced Finance Manager with international expertise and a track record in multicultural, matrix environments undergoing growth and transformation. The ideal candidate is agile, highly analytical, and commercially astute, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and collaborate effectively in fast-paced settings. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.7+ years of finance experience ideally in an international context/ distributed environment and ideally in Technology.  Strong background in a Generalist or Finance specialist capacity – ideally Financial Planning and Analysis role.People management experience. Experience of managing a small team with direct reports.Excellent communication skills. Experience in presenting and interacting with Senior Management (eg. Management Team / Senior Director Level)Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially OPEX vs CAPEX, accrual bookings, managing intercompany transactions across different Legal Entities, etc.Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business AdministrationExcellent command of English.
