We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure excellence in financial reporting across global entities.Group Finance Manager (Global MNC - Shipping Industry)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full set of accounts for group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRSOversee statutory audit processes, liaising closely with external auditors to deliver clean audit opinionsManage tax compliance across jurisdictions, including coordination with tax advisors and submission of filingsPrepare and review consolidated financial statements, group reporting packs, and ensure consistent accounting treatmentsDrive month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring proper reconciliations and reportingDevelop, implement, and standardize group accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsProvide financial insights to management and support on ad hoc audit, tax, and compliance-related mattersPartner with cross-border teams to ensure strong governance and alignment of accounting practicesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.Proven track record in handling full set of accounts, audit, and tax at group levelBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) preferredDetail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsHigh integrity, independence, and ability to work effectively across different geographies and time zonesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsFrench language skills are a strong plus
