Group Finance Manager

Finance Manager – £400-500/day (Inside IR35) – 3–6 Month Contract – Fully RemoteThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business undergoing a significant period of transformation following recent investment. With operations across Europe, Asia, and North America, the group continues to expand both organically and through acquisitions.We are seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to manage key financial processes within the Group Finance function. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Group.Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of subsidiary results.Oversee all aspects of transactional finance, including invoicing, accounts payable, and the end-to-end supplier payment process.Review and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.Prepare and analyse management accounts, providing clear insights and commentary to senior management.Lead and assist with the external year-end audit, liaising with auditors to ensure timely and compliant reporting.Support forecasting and financial planning activities.Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.Work closely with finance and systems teams to optimise Dynamics 365 Business Central.Provide hands-on support for ad-hoc finance tasks and project work as required.
