Group Financial Controller - Tech/SAAS

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the group finance function within a highly collaborative and agile environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the global monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entities.Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements and compliance reporting.Manage and coordinate external financial and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing implementation, and global accounting policies.Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls, month-end automation, and audit readiness, in coordination with Finance Ops.Lead the accounting and reporting team across global entities. Ensure clarity of responsibilities between FP&A and Operational Finance teams.The successful candidate must have:An Accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.Consolidation experience requiredProven experience managing international audits and tax compliance.Statutory reporting in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
