Great organisational culture and collaborative working environment.They are now seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage it's financial accounting and shared services functions and provide support to the CFO and wider business.You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting.Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around cash management, optimisation of team structure and internal controls.About you5+ years' experience in a global corporate environment (ideal)CA/CPA essentialChartered experience essential - preferably audit but business advisory OK tooSolid exposure to IFRS (essential) and US/UK GAAP (ideal)Experience in a multisite operation (highly regarded)Multi-region experience highly regardedA natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplaceExperience in a inventory based business is highly desirable, non essentialFor more information, please email Schenuk Wijesekera.
