Location: Melbourne, Southeastern SuburbsSalary Package: $150 - 180k + SuperRole Highlights: Reporting to leadership team; APAC focus; Directly supporting exec with reporting for strategic decision making Role OverviewReporting directly into the Group Financial Controller, this Group FP&A Manager will have full responsibility for providing timely and accurate financial analysis and operational recommendations to the ANZ leadership and management teams. In addition, they will work closely with the local and regional FP&A team in implementing standardised management reporting packs for the ANZ region. On a day-to-day basis, this Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports summarising operating results whilst reviewing for process optimisation. From a corporate perspective your work will extend to assisting the senior management team in coordinating and preparing annual budgets, the 12-months rolling forecasts and strategic planning. From a reporting perspective this FP&A Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly ANZ P&L and Balance sheet results and manage the submission to the ELT. Responsibilities:Drive the design, build, and implementation of financial models and BI dashboards to enhance business analysis and support growth initiatives.Oversee and consolidate the Group's annual budgeting process, ensuring strategic alignment and financial discipline across all segments.Manage quarterly forecasts, coordinating inputs across divisions to deliver accurate and timely projections.Chair the Investment Committee, evaluating business cases and providing recommendations on capital allocation and investment priorities.Maintain and refine the Group's long-term financial model to inform strategic planning and scenario testing.Produce and present monthly performance reports, delivering meaningful analysis and commentary on results, trends, and variances.Prepare and deliver insightful board reporting that supports executive decision-making and governance requirements.Partner closely with business unit leaders to embed robust FP&A practices and ensure financial insight supports operational decision-making.Standardise and streamline financial templates and reporting tools across the Group to drive efficiency and consistency.Interpret financial performance to identify emerging risks, commercial opportunities, and areas for improvement.Deliver detailed commercial analysis and due diligence on strategic investments, M&A, and capital transactions.Collaborate with the Senior Manager - Strategy and Corporate Development on strategic reviews and business improvement projects.Support Group reporting processes, including monthly management accounts, half-year and year-end reporting, ASX releases, and statutory disclosures.Contribute to the Group's technical accounting excellence by helping shape accounting policies, interpreting standards, and upskilling finance teams.Candidate Profile You are a CPA/CA qualified professional currently working as an FP&A Manager or aspiring Senior FP&A Analyst with extensive budgeting and forecasting experience in a complex multinational business. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are a strong driver for positive change. Your personality is energetic and you have robust influencing skills. Technically you feel comfortable challenging business models and you have extensive budgeting and forecasting experience. Experience across multiple ERP systems would be advantageous. You will also bring technical expertise in TM1, Power BI and visualisations for presentations to the ELT.
