Job descriptions:Coordinate and execute all activities related to identifying, planning, and implementing secretarial and protocol functions for the Board of Directors, ensuring the secretariat operations run effectively and efficiently.Coordinate and oversee the formulation of policies, implementation, and evaluation of the fulfillment of responsibilities, rights, and facilities for the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with governance standards and applicable regulations.Requirement:Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (All majors are welcome)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (Banking/Financial Services)Strong knowledge of corporate governance, company law, OJK/IDX regulations, and other relevant regulations (Banking/Financial Services).Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, corporate reporting, and handling confidential information with high integrity.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAble to work both independently and as part of a teamEager to learn and able to adapt
