ResponsibilitiesReviewing and drafting operational agreements and legal documents in Indonesia and other jurisdictions, i.e. VietnamProviding legal assistance for Indonesian projectsProviding legal assistance for day to day legal workCollaborating with internal and external parties that are related to the legal work and scope of workQualificationsBachelor's degree in Law.Strong understanding of Indonesian law.15+ years experience in drafting/ reviewing operational agreements and documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
