Are you experienced in driving results through collaboration with business operations and diverse stakeholders and is Nordic cooperation something you're familiar with?We are now looking for a permanent Group Head of Learning and Development to join our People and Culture team to continue Tokmanni Group´s competence and leadership development work.In this role you will be responsible for driving the overall learning agenda for Tokmanni Group and our three countries. The coming years focus will be in setting ground for a group wide culture and leadership principals and trainings. You will also oversee employer branding strategy, processes for onboarding and group level recruitments. You are leading a small team in Finland which is supporting the local business in Finland in recruitment and training.In this significant role, it is important to ensure the development of capabilities, leadership, and managerial work across the group. It is also essential to create new concepts for culture, employer branding, and process development, while maintaining and improving efficient core processes. The role includes leading various kinds of projects within the L&D area in close collaboration with your colleagues in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. The goal is to support business objectives and help employees and managers succeed and stay motivated on our journey to build up a learning culture in the whole group.Key responsibilities include:·Planning and leading group-wide leadership and competence development projects·Developing employee competence in the Group– onboarding, training, and strategic capability building·Developing employer branding and managing recruitment at a group level.·Managing appraisal discussions, talent processes, and succession planning in the Group·Contributing to our sustainability reporting·Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders·Leading your own team and developing its capabilitiesThe Group Head of Learning and Development reports to the Chief People, Culture and Sustainability Officer, and is part of the Group People and Culture Management team.Our expectations for the selected candidate:You have significant experience (over 8 years) in L& D area with proven success and ability to foresee and shape future directions and ways of working. You have a university degree in economics or human resources.You have experience in leadership development, coaching, setting up and conducting training programs. You have successfully developed employer branding, conducted recruitment for senior manager roles in an international environment, and built and improved L&D processes.Customer satisfaction is a key value guiding your work. You are organized and adaptable to change, able to shift direction as needed. You are creative and committed to completing what you start.You are used to executing tasks independently but can also operate at a strategic level. You are analytical and use data to support decision-making. You are resilient in fast-paced and challenging environments, and you have a systematic, solution-oriented approach. Building new structures involves both success and learning opportunities, and we hope you have persistence and courage to navigate unfamiliar situations.You already have experience in managerial roles. You can be firm when needed but also show empathy and consider individual differences in your leadership. You are goal-oriented, familiar with team coaching and competence development.Your excellent coaching, negotiation, and collaboration skills have developed through diverse interactions. Fluent spoken and written English and either Finnish or Swedish are essential.
