Group Head of Supply Chain DevelopmentApplication Deadline: Nov. 23, 2025Location: Kista, MäntsäläAs a part of our journey towards one company, we are looking for an experienced and development-oriented professional to strengthen our supply chain and logistics operations across the Nordics.As Group Head of Supply Chain Development, you will be responsible for planning and driving development initiatives within End-to-End supply chain and logistics operations. Your mission is to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through modern tools, digitalization, automation projects, advanced analytics, and the implementation of LEAN principles. In this job role you get to collaborate closely with your amazing colleagues in local units, IT teams, and business leadership across the Nordic region.As Group Head of Supply Chain Development you will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and will be part of the Supply Chain Management team.Your key responsibilities:Leading a team of professional Project and System SpecialistsLeading and supporting IT system development and rollouts (e.g. WMS, ERP, others) while acting as a bridge between business and technologyMapping, analyzing, and harmonizing supply chain and logistics processes across the NordicsDefining KPIs, building monitoring models, and developing automated reporting for management needsLeveraging analytics and visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI) to drive data-based decision-making and improve operational performanceDriving LEAN practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvementRunning RFQ processes for external solutions like automation, 3PL solutions, distribution providersPreparing and implementing automation projects to increase efficiency and scalabilityPreparing business case calculations and supporting decision-making for investments and development initiativesPromoting best practice sharing and alignment between Nordic operationsWhat we expect from you:Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent fieldOver 10 years of proven experience in leading and developing SCM operations, preferably in the NordicsSolid knowledge and hands-on experience with IT systems such as WMS, ERP, and other supply chain platformsProven experience in preparing and implementing automation projects, both physical and digital environment, covering preferably ML/AI based solutionsStrong track record in LEAN and process improvement methods, with the ability to implement them in practice with proven resultsExcellent analytical skills and experience preparing financial impact assessments from business perspectiveKnowledge of mathematical algorithms and analytical methods for supply chain optimization (Network, Transportation, Operations, Distribution), leveraging operations research methods to improve efficiency and reducing End-to- End Supply Chain Management costsStrong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment, experience of leading operations is considered an advantageExperience with reporting and analytics tools, particularly Qlik Sense (Power BI is an advantage)Readiness to travel in the Nordics approximately 30 – 50 days annuallyWhat we offerA key role in shaping and improving supply chain solutions across the NordicsAn opportunity to lead strategic development projects and deliver tangible business impactA dynamic, international working environment with cross-functional collaborationThe chance to combine analytics, automation, technology, and process development into practical business solutionsIn addition to interesting tasks and great colleagues, we offer a competitive salary, staff discounts in our stores and opportunities for growth and learning.We currently work in a hybrid model.
