Role Description The Group Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Georgetown. The role involves spearheading strategic HR initiatives, managing recruitment, overseeing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and local labor regulations. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing talent management strategies, conducting training programs, and fostering an inclusive and productive workplace culture. The position requires close collaboration with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisitionProficiency in employee performance management, training, and leadership developmentComprehensive understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and workplace complianceProven ability in employee relations and fostering an inclusive and positive workplace cultureExperience in organizational development and alignment of HR strategies with business goalsExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership roleFamiliarity with local labor laws and regulations is highly beneficial
