We are a privately-owned company, where the warmth of family meets the scale of a global organisation.With over 1600 employees, the Octapharma site in Vienna is the largest production site, and successful research and development location.Join us in shaping our vision to provide new health solutions advancing human life.Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAutonomous management of assigned crossfunctional and corporate IT ProjectsUtilizing your technical expertise to organize projectsProject reporting and documentationScope management and facilitation of concept decisionsRisk Management und stakeholder analysisAlignment work between Business IT and other stakeholdersParticipation in negotiations with potential suppliers and contractingManagement of consultants and other 3rd partiesConduct feasibility studiesDocumentation and meeting managementYour expertise and ideal skill setUniversity degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of work experience in a project management capacity Previous experience as a software developer, data migration expert, business system analyst or similarExperience rolling out corporate software solutions Very good knowledge in PMI oriented project management processes, a PMP certification is beneficialGood knowledge in MS Project or similar tool is a plusFluent in English and good German skills (written and oral)Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills Willingness to travel up to 25 %Ability to work in a team orientated and collaborative environmentYour department - where you make an impactWe, the Corporate Project Management Office, work closely with our local PMOs at the production sites to jointly ensure the planning, management, and implementation of projects within the Octapharma Group.
