As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.What you will do as a Team Leader Quality Engineering: Lead and manage the quality team in order to achieve team goals and objectives;Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and QRQC methodologies.Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Monitor key quality KPIs such as scrap rate, PPM, FPY, and customer returns.Be responsible to make the Risk Assessment: impact levels to customer, plant, Business Unit and Corporate;Be responsible to initiate the Task Force Meetings based on assessed risk level;Monitor Customer Performance Rating / Score Card: Analyze score card and coordinate improvement plan;What will you need to succeed:University degree in engineering/ alternative economics;Minimum 2 years experience in leading teams and proven experience in customer quality;Fluent in english language (written and spoken);Knowledge of analysis tools ( e.g. OBD, FFA);Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including handling OEM quality requirements.What we offer:Onboarding & Integration: we help you settle in quickly through our onboarding program and a team that supports you;Health & Life Insurance: we provide private health plans and life insurance, so you can have peace of mind;Discounts: enjoy discounts from our partners on activities, trainings, goods etc.;Bookster Subscription: are you a passionate reader?
