We seek a strategic and impact-driven Group Product Manager to lead Vivino's core user experience—where discovery begins, habits form, and lifelong wine journeys take shape.This is not only a strategic leadership role; it is for a hands-on product leader who is deeply passionate about the product and its metricsAs a Group Product Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for a significant product area (User Growth & Subscribers). Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and reporting to our CPO, you will be expected to get hands-on, diving deep into the data, understanding user behavior, and being a key driver of execution. Your mission is to define the product strategy, shape a compelling roadmap, and drive measurable impact on key business and user KPIs. You will lead a team of talented Senior Product Managers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, customer empathy, and data-informed decisions.Furthermore, your responsibilities will beOwn the product vision, strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for the User Growth & Subscriptions product area. This includes leading the evolution of Vivino's core user experience to drive sustainable user growthLead, mentor, and develop a nimble, high-performing team of excellent Product ManagersDrive both strategic bets and iterative optimizations to improve user outcomes and business resultsGrow Monthly Active Users (MAU) via product-led initiatives that push first-month retention, month-over-month retention, and 0 to 1 conversionIncrease the number of Premium subscribers via product-led initiatives that push conversion and retentionPartner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to align on goals and deliver impactRepresent your product area in leadership forums, securing alignment and buy-in across the companyCollaborate with other product leaders to ensure holistic user journeys across Vivino's platformsCollaborate across teams and engage with executive stakeholders to align product strategiesWhile we prefer not to confine individuals within rigid categories, we imagine you will thrive and succeed in this position if you can showcase your experience or aptitude for many aspects outlined below.We believe a successful candidate for this role is a seasoned leader passionate about the product and its KPIs.
