As our new Group Quality Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation—driving strategy, ensuring compliance, and championing best practices across the business.This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a high-visibility role, working directly with the Group Quality Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.Strategic Influence – Play a key role in shaping and executing Expleo’s Group Quality RoadmapGlobal Exposure – Collaborate with international teams across 30+ countriesTransformation Leadership – Be part of a major quality function transformationContinuous Learning – Access to training, certifications, and leadership developmentHybrid Flexibility – Work from home with occasional travel to Expleo officesSupportive Culture – Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and agility Missions Drive the deployment of the Group Quality Roadmap and transformation initiativesLead or support strategic documentation redesign and continuous improvement projectsEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001, and other relevant standardsOversee the deployment of the Global Quality Management System (GQMS)Manage group-level certifications and audit readiness across all entitiesSupport external audits and lead internal management reviewsDefine and monitor Group-level KPIs for quality performancePromote standardization, best practices, and a culture of quality across geographiesDeliver training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldCertifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred Compétences 5+ years in a Quality function within an international organizationDeep knowledge of ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASPICE, TISAXStrong command of CAPA, root-cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, 8DExcellent collaboration and communication skills across all levelsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focusedAgile mindset with the ability to thrive in a matrix environmentFluent in English and French Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive) Qualités Experience leading global quality transformation initiativesExposure to digital quality tools or platformsCertification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies Avantages At Expleo, we believe in rewarding talent and empowering our people to grow.Competitive Salary – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company benefits!
