Group, Risk, Compliance Specialist

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist with broad industry required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-driven environment, enjoys building strong cross-functional partnerships, and brings a proactive, forward-thinking approach to risk and compliance.You will play a key role in strengthening the governance frameworks, supporting enterprise-wide risk initiatives, and ensuring compliance across a diverse range of internal and external requirements. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support cross-functional governance, risk, and compliance projects from scoping through implementation and review.Develop, enhance, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and controls.Partner with teams across the business—including Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal—to embed GRC practices into day-to-day operations.Conduct risk assessments, identify gaps, and propose practical remediation strategies.Monitor compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal standards; prepare documentation and reporting for stakeholders and leadership.Contribute to internal audits, readiness assessments, and continuous improvement activities.Provide subject matter expertise and coaching on governance, risk, and compliance best practices.About YouExtensive experience in GRC roles across multiple industries or business environments.Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.Adept at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Skilled at translating complex compliance and risk concepts into clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within collaborative team structures.Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, COBIT) are advantageous but not required.
