Soon, 1 Hotel Tokyo will open its doors — a sanctuary of sustainable luxury inspired by nature, nestled in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Designed to celebrate the beauty of the natural world, our hotel will feature 211 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, each crafted with reclaimed materials, soothing textures, and biophilic design that blurs the line between indoors and out.Our versatile event spaces — over 400 square meters in total — will offer a fresh canvas for inspired gatherings, from intimate meetings to unforgettable celebrations, all rooted in sustainability and mindful design.As we prepare to welcome guests, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager, Groups to join our pre-opening team. You’ll play a key role in building our group business — connecting with partners, crafting meaningful experiences, and bringing the spirit of 1 Hotels to life in every collaboration. What you’ll do:Build and nurture relationships with clients, travel planners, and event partners.Develop group sales strategies to drive revenue and market presence.Represent 1 Hotel Tokyo with authenticity, creativity, and careCollaborate across teams to ensure every group experience reflects our commitment to sustainability and purpose.
