Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – Group/MICE based in Khao Lak. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes planning and executing sales activities, coordinating with various departments, preparing sales reports, and attending promotional events. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with managing group bookings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship ManagementProficiency in Planning and Executing Sales Activities and Negotiating ContractsAbility to Prepare Sales Reports and Coordinate with Various DepartmentsStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
