We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Operations Lead to join our Group Home Broadband team and support our market operations.Position OverviewThe role holder will drive the growth of our HBB business segment while ensuring operational excellence. This role is responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing daily operations, and aligning supply and demand through effective sales & operations planning (S&OP). The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with operational leadership to deliver consistent resultThe Role Holder’s duties will include but not limited to:Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve HBB revenue and growth targets.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts.Identify new opportunities in the HBB market to expand penetration and market share.Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.Operations & PlanningOversee end-to-end operational processes including demand planning, order fulfillment, and service delivery.Lead the S&OP cycle to ensure accurate sales forecasting and optimal inventory management.Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience.Leadership & CollaborationManage and mentor a cross-functional sales & operations team.Act as the bridge between commercial and operational functions to ensure alignment on goals.Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline, and operational metrics.QualificationsEducational Qualifications & Functional / Technical SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).Relevant Experience5+ years of experience in sales & operations, preferably in HBB, telecom, FMCG, or consumer goods Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools; strong Excel/analytics capabilities.
