Note, that some roles are fully office based and are not eligible for hybrid work. Job DescriptionYour life at UbiThe Financial Planning Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and will support the team on all financial planning and budgeting activities, review the overall financial data, and month end close activities.The Senior FP&A has two main focuses:Closing the month in Oracle ERP tool, part of Actual process.Data accuracy in Oracle ERP tool for Forecast, Plan, Macro-plan, Strat-plan submission.Your main mission:Administrate the Group's financial applications (perform tests on instrument developments and corrections, run specific procedures, input/import data into the reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track corrections and contribute to the improvement of the Group's instruments in the long termManage the assigned processes for the monthly closing and forecast activities.Review accounting records for correct accounts and allocations.Work closely with IT to solve any data inconsistency and tools errors.Develop with IT evolution plans for Group's instruments and Oracle ERP Tool.Review data inputs together with Divisions managers.Interact regularly with stakeholders to provide them with guidance regarding Oracle ERP functionality.Optimize reports for data analysis.Review and update internal documentation and procedures for the current reporting process.QualificationsThe professional value you bring:Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control or similar fieldsKnowledge of data reconciliation in different systems, knowledge of databasesExtensive knowledge of ExcelEssbase Oracle, SmartView, HFM, ERP systems knowledgeAdvanced written and spoken English skillsExperience in video games production or in Software/IT industry with R&D is considered a plusExperience in ERP systems deployment is considered a plusThe personal value you bring:Able to communicate effectively with different parties - Finance, Production, IT or ManagementAnalytical skills, rigor and attention to detailsProactivity, autonomy and team spiritStrong communication skillsAdditional InformationWhat do we offer benefits wise?   Meal tickets with value of 30 ron/day  Access to private medical system and special subscription rates for family members  On site medical support  World Class subscription  Comprehensive wellbeing program (including physical fitness, mental health, financial education and internal communities)  Life insurance  Ubisoft bikes, free rental  Parking spaces for cars, bikes, motorbikes  Video games and consoles to borrow  Access to Ubisoft games via own Uplay account  Bookster (borrow books for free, delivered at home or in the office)  Free fruits and coffee in the office  Studio offered free days, confirmed on an annual basis for different events  Study leave  Christmas/ Easter celebration with a special gift  Partners’ discounts
