Now, we’re looking for a Group Service Delivery Manager to lead and elevate our core service delivery and customer service operations across our markets.🚀 Your role in our journeyAs Group Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our service operations — ensuring that every customer interaction, communication, integration, and delivery process runs smoothly and scales with our growth. Delivering over 80,000 high-level 1-to-1 meetings between C-level decision-makers and key solution providers across 11 markets. This role will be a key enabler in making that happen — every single day.You WillLead and develop our Customer Care & Service Team, ensuring they deliver top-tier service experiences across all customer touchpoints.Own and evolve our delivery processes — defining, improving, and aligning them across teams to ensure operational excellence.Be the voice of service delivery in cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Software Development, and Marketing, aligning priorities for seamless execution.Oversee key customer communications and platform integrations, ensuring transparency, quality, and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.Continuously improve performance metrics, processes, and tools to enhance speed, scalability, and customer impact.💡 What you bring to the teamWe’re looking for a structured, proactive, and service-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled B2B environment.
