So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Team and advance your career as anGroup Treasury Trade Operations ManagerWithin FBT, the Group Treasury Operations and Liquidity Management team is leading a change in the way bp views, manages cash, and optimises short term / mid-term cash and long-term financing by leading liquidity processes and supporting Treasury leadership’s decision-making process.The Treasury Trade Operations Manager is a direct contributor to bp’s group treasury & liquidity operations objectives, driving process discipline by ensuring efficient and effective execution of back-office activities such as deal confirmations of treasury trades entered by the Financial Market Trading teams (FMT) who trade an average of $8bn of treasury flows a day.This role has complete oversight of the end-to-end treasury trade confirmations process prior to the cash being released/ received by the treasury settlements team.This role is accountable for managing the timely completion of treasury trades confirmations across all financial products being traded by the FMT teams on the FX and money markets.The Treasury Trade Operations Manager will manage, retain and develop a team of treasury confirmations analysts.The role will internally be facing our front office and middle office teams and externally facing our trading counterparties' banks as well as trading platform service providers. The role will lead on projects both process and systems oriented, driving solutions, strengthening the core controls framework across the treasury front/ middle and back-office teams and ensuring there is operational robustness in response to all the changes in people, process and systems which are currently ongoing.In This Role You Will (be)Managing the end-to-end Treasury Trade Operations activities while ensuring adherence to market obligations, to policies and procedures to deliver safe and compliant execution of treasury trades, operational excellence, and compliance to financial markets and internal bp requirements.Manage confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of treasury transactions (FX, Money Markets, futures, swaps, bonds, etc.).
