Job SummaryThe Growth and Revenue Manager is responsible for driving top-line revenue and user growth across all Medbuddy’s business lines. This is a performance-focused role that involves aggressive growth planning, marketing funnel optimisation, pricing experimentation, and hands-on management of sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigour and has a proven track record of revenue generation in a fast-paced educational/healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute Medbuddy’s end-to-end growth strategy, including paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and cohort enrolment targets.Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.Initiate and manage effective testing initiatives for landing pages, pricing models, referral campaigns, and email marketing funnels.Oversee performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, influencer partnerships, sponsored Ads etc).Collaborate with marketing, brands and communications, product and other relevant teams to launch initiatives that improve user experience and customers’ satisfaction (e.g., alumni offers, subscription packages, upsells).Build and manage a high-performing sales team with clear goals, tools, and weekly check-ins.Analyze lead-to-enrolment pipelines and optimize conversion touchpoints through data-driven decisions.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.4–6 years' experience in a revenue-focused role within edtech, SaaS, or startup environments.Proficiency in analytics and experimentation toolsDemonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and scaling user growth.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Exceptional analytical and Excel/modelling skills.
