Just proof.UpForJobs also powers the Talent Readiness side of this ecosystem. AI professionals join through the AI Talent Readiness Diagnostic, build verified proof inside live Pods, earn readiness badges, and grow their value through real work — not job titles.The result: businesses see outcomes before hiring, and talent builds portfolios before negotiating.Proof-First → Hire Second.About the Role — Growth AssociateWe’re looking for doers — people who execute with focus and learn fast. As a Growth Associate, you’ll operate across both sides of the UpForJobs network:Employer side: reach out to companies, book Outcome Mapping calls, and help them activate measurable AI outcomes through 10-Day Sprints. • Talent side: source, qualify, and certify AI professionals through the AI Talent Readiness Diagnostic, preparing them for Pod-Ready opportunities.It’s a mix of outreach, operations, and structured growth — you’ll be in the engine that connects AI-Ready Talent to real business outcomes.What You’ll DoRun daily outreach to employers and AI professionals using LinkedIn, Clay, and email.Book short mapping calls and coordinate next-step onboarding.Approve and certify Pod-Ready talent.Maintain CRM hygiene and daily reporting in Clay and Notion. • Deliver measurable weekly KPIs: calls booked, diagnostics completed, Sprints launched, Pod-Ready talent onboarded.TrainingAll new hires complete the UpForJobs Associate Bootcamp — a 5-Day intensive of videos, quizzes, and live tasks covering our Proof-First philosophy, Sprint types, Diagnostics, and Pod structure. Graduation is required before Week-2 operations.Contract & CompensationContract: 30-Day Temp-to-Perm (remote)Base: USD $1,000 / month (trial phase)Performance bonuses: based on measurable growth KPIsTotal expected Month-1 earnings: USD $1,000 – $1,500 • Promotion path: to Lead after 60–90 days based on hitting clear KPIsWho You AreOutcome-driven and comfortable working independentlyStrong written and spoken English; confident on videoCurious about AI, automation, and business transformationObsessive about proof, metrics, and clarity • Learns fast, executes fasterApplication ProcessApply through LinkedIn Easy Apply for now. 2 Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to complete the official UpForJobs application and submit a 45-second introduction video explaining why “Proof-First → Hire Second” resonates with them.Applications without this final video step will not be reviewed.UpForJobs — The AI Business Readiness Platform. Proof-First → Hire Second.
