Growth & Business Developer

We’re looking for a Growth & Business Developer someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn, to help us drive the company’s growth and expand our presence in new markets.In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end growth process: identifying new business opportunities, helping onboard partners, and finding creative ways to boost results. You’ll work closely with experienced team members across commercial, and marketing areas, learning about our product and understanding how to scale a business from the inside.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and make an impact in a dynamic fintech environment.📌 What you’ll do:Identify and research potential business opportunities across fintech, gaming, and payments sectors.Develop our agent program and look for representatives worldwideSupport acquisition efforts from prospecting and outreach to preparing materials and helping close deals.Assist in managing existing accounts, helping to strengthen relationships and spot growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives and improve partner performance.Analyze data and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Contribute ideas and test new approaches to optimize results and learn what drives real growth.Represent the company in virtual or local events when needed.📌 What you need1+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or growth roles (internships experience also count).Strong interest in fintech, payments, or digital businesses.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Analytical and curious mindset — you enjoy understanding how things work and how to make them better.Proactive attitude: you take initiative, ask questions, and move ideas forward.Fluent English (both spoken and written).📌 Who You AreA self-starter who loves challenges and takes ownership.Curious and adaptable, you learn quickly and thrive in fast-changing environments.Driven by results, you care about impact, not just tasks.Collaborative and open, you listen, share, and grow with the team.
