We ensure that people can access their medicines when needed — quickly, safely, and at the best value possible.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Growth & Business Development Executive to help take Pharmarun’s products and services to more users and partners.This is a hands-on role focused on executing go-to-market activities, acquiring new users, building partnerships, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce, and is comfortable with both field and digital engagement.You’ll work closely with the business development and operations teams to ensure that more people and organizations discover, use, and trust Pharmarun.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new users, pharmacies, hospitals, and health partners.Execute marketing and outreach activities to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.Support partnership negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.Research potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.Track growth performance metrics (leads, conversions, repeat usage) and prepare weekly reports.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align campaigns with business goals.Attend activations, exhibitions, or industry events to represent Pharmarun.Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM tools.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or growth execution, preferably in healthtech, e-commerce, or pharmaceuticals.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed user acquisition or sales targets.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital outreach platforms.Energetic, organized, and eager to learn.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a fast-growing healthtech company transforming access to medicine.Exposure to both healthcare and technology-driven business models.Clear performance metrics and growth incentives.Collaborative and high-impact team culture.
