Growth Consultant

We’re hiring a Growth Consultant who blends marketing, AI and digital strategy to help our clients scale sustainably through data-driven growth loops, automation and inbound excellence.If you’re analytical, curious, and passionate about accelerating business results through technology, this role is for you.Your MissionAs a Growth Consultant, you will design and execute strategies that combine inbound marketing, AI, automation, CRO, lifecycle optimisation, digital and sales enablement. You’ll work across marketing, sales and customer success to unlock continuous, compounding growth.What you will doDevelop and manage growth loops focused on acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.Implement AI-driven solutions to scale content, personalise journeys and increase efficiency.Build and optimise automation workflows, lifecycle campaigns and funnel touchpoints in HubSpot.Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and run structured experimentation (A/B tests, rapid iteration cycles).Drive alignment between marketing, sales and CX with integrated growth strategies.Support clients in digital transformation initiatives using tools, automation and innovative processes.Build dashboards, insights and predictive indicators to guide strategic decisions.What we’re looking forPrevious professional experience (any field) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals; inbound and CRM experience are a plus.Curiosity and passion for AI, automation and data-driven optimisation.Strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude and ability to execute.Hunger to learn, experiment and innovate.
