We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.Your mission when joining Einride as a Director, Growth (EMEA) will be to drive profitable growth across our most strategic accounts in the region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Business Unit Commercial Leads and Operational Account Managers to ensure customer success and identify new business opportunities.This role is perfect for someone who combines two key strengths:The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with and sell effectively to customers.A highly analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, organization, and follow-through.You WillCustomer Success & DeliverablesServe as the day-to-day key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting Commercial and Operational Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.Monitor KPIs to ensure customers achieve their operational and sustainability objectives.Develop Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer success reporting, highlighting progress against KPIs.Project manage cross-functional teams to ensure commitments made to customers are delivered with quality and timeliness.Translate customer goals into internal actions across operations, charging, product, and finance.Strategic Growth & Performance AnalyticsDevelop account growth plans in collaboration with Commercial and Operational Leads and facilitate related discussions with customers.Analyze customer data and operational reports to uncover new business opportunities across various Einride Business Units and develop supporting business cases.Coordinate pilots and innovation initiatives with customers.Monitor account performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities or risks.Partner with Business Control and Finance to ensure account profitability and margin health.Stakeholder Management & Continuous ImprovementBuild and maintain a stakeholder map and engagement plan, identifying relationship gaps or risk areas and developing mitigation plans.Capture customer feedback and route it effectively to Product and Operations, ensuring prioritization and visibility for critical needs.AI & AutomationApply AI tools to automate and streamline the above processes, improving speed, accuracy, scalability, and simplicity.We Expect You ToHold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.Bring 8–10 years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, management consulting, or other roles that combine analytical and customer-facing skills, preferably in transportation and freight logistics.Possess expertise in key BI and technical tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker/Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar platforms.Demonstrate the ability to use AI tools to work faster and smarter, increasing efficiency and quality.Exhibit strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how to manage and improve P&L (Profit and Loss).Have a strong sales mindset and storytelling capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client adoption.Possess industry knowledge and experience in freight, logistics, EVs, and/or supply chain.This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
