Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveReports To: CEO / Team Lead, Business ExpansionJob Level: Mid-LevelLocation: Ikoyi Lagos (Physical Office) Job Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: NGN 250k – NGN 300KWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), occasional weekend availability for events or client meetings.Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.About the Role:We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Talent PEO Africa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Business Development team and management to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across markets and industries.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.Develop and execute regional go-to-market and partnership strategies to expand brand presence.Generate leads, prepare proposals, and manage contract negotiations.Support marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, and promotional events.Liaise with internal departments including Finance, Communications, and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.Attend industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to represent the organization.Provide feedback and insights to improve business processes and service offerings.Maintain accurate records of business activities and prepare periodic progress reports.Performance Expectations (KPIs):Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Client Acquisition: Increase the number of new clients and maintain high retention rates.Pipeline Development: Generate and manage a consistent flow of qualified leads.Market Expansion: Drive market share growth and explore new territories.Relationship Management: Foster long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.To Apply: Send your CV to recruit@talentpeo.com.
