We are a profitable business growing quickly in a €100bn+ market, with over €3M in venture funding, backed by top investors including FoodLabs, Heliad AG, and many prominent founders & angels.We operate a full-stack model—from kitchen to client—and are scaling fast, with multiple new product lines (events, buffets) already gaining traction. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable startup at an inflection point.We’re now looking for an ambitious Growth Intern to join our Growth team and help accelerate our next stage of commercial expansion, you will work closely with our Founder & Growth Team.This internship is designed with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role for the right candidate. Your responsibilities - as a core member of our Growth Team, you will:Manage and nurture client relationships: schedule check-ins, visit offices, support with daily account management tasks to maximise client satisfactionScout new business opportunities via LinkedIn, Events, and your own networking initiativesManage inbound leads: conduct first discovery calls, qualify prospectsAct as the bridge between clients and our product, kitchen, and operations teamsGather feedback and translate insights into improvements for tech, menu innovation, and kitchen workflowsPrepare visual material using Canva, Google Slides, Figma, to share with prospects and clientsSupport marketing function (ad optimization, SEO, inbound lead quality)Your Profile - you are an ambitious, early-career talent who wants to grow fast.0–1 year experience (internships welcome!)Bachelor’s degree or proven excellence (e.g. side project, startup, freelance work)Business fluency in English & GermanCreativity and familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, FigmaCustomer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented—you catch the small things others missHigh ownership and initiative; you like to move quickly and make things happenHands-on attitude—you’re ready to help wherever neededBonus: Sales experience in catering, hospitality, or B2B servicesDon’t tick every box?
