This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional people like you.Your MissionAs a Growth Intern, you will help accelerate how lemon.markets reaches, engages, and converts our target audiences across FinTech, Banking, and Wealth Management. You will help us tell our story, reach new audiences, and create the materials we need to support our growth.You’ll create fintech-focused marketing content and partner materials, prepare presentations and pitches, and help write customer case studies. You’ll also support our lead generation efforts - researching potential partners and markets, identifying new opportunities, and helping us prepare for meetings and industry events.Expect high ownership, fast feedback loops, and the opportunity to ship impactful work early.You will:Create and share content across our social media channels and marketing materials — helping manage how lemon.markets shows up to the outside world. Set up simple tools and automations to make our work faster and more efficient, and help track results. Research the market to understand trends and opportunities, then turn your findings into useful insights for the team. Help plan and organize industry events and conferences — from preparation to follow-up. Work with the Growth and Sales teams to reach new potential partners, support outreach efforts, and create materials that start great conversations. You will be successful in this role if:You have a background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a similar area. You have hands-on experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, VC, banking or tech) and are comfortable with fast iteration. You are comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change. You can break down complex problems and prioritize effectively. You have a hands-on mentality and bias to action, moving quickly from idea to test to learnings. You are a team player who communicates clearly and collaborates cross-functionally. You are eager to learn new tools on the go (previous Figma experience is a strong plus!)You’re resourceful and proactive - “not my job” is not in your vocabulary.
