Growth Investing - Associate

With a strong track record backing category-defining SaaS businesses, the team is now seeking a driven Associate to source, evaluate, and execute new investments across Europe.Responsibilities:• Build deep conviction in high-growth SaaS themes including AI-enabled platforms, vertical SaaS, and mission-critical B2B software• Lead market research, mapping, and origination to generate proprietary deal flow• Conduct commercial and financial analysis including market sizing, unit economics, cohort analysis, and product benchmarking• Support full deal execution spanning financial modelling, business due diligence, customer referencing, and value-creation planning• Partner closely with founders and management teams to accelerate growth, international expansion, and operational scale• Contribute to thought leadership and engage actively across the broader tech ecosystemIdeal background:• 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, growth equity, or private equity (ideally with SaaS exposure)• Robust financial modelling skills and comfort navigating complex datasets• Intellectually curious with a genuine passion for technology, product, and innovation• Strong relationship-building capabilities with founders, operators, and advisers• Proactive and entrepreneurial energy in a fast-moving investment environment• Additional European languages helpful (German, French, Spanish)Why this is exciting:• Join a high-velocity platform investing in Europe’s most ambitious SaaS scale-ups• Take meaningful ownership early with direct access to Partners and portfolio CEOs• Work with a diverse, collaborative team committed to mentorship and leadership development• Attractive compensation package including strong bonus potential and carried interest
